Salman Khan Shilpa Shetty Sanjay Dutt mourn the demise

Baba Siddique, a highly respected political figure in Maharashtra who served as the MLA for the suburban Bandra constituency in Mumbai for three years and held the position of Minister of Food and Civil Supplies and Labour, tragically passed away on Saturday, October 12. The 66-year-old politician succumbed to gunshot wounds inflicted by three assailants outside the office of his son, Zeeshan Siddique, who also serves as the MLA for Bandra East. The shocking news has prompted an outpouring of grief from Bollywood celebrities and politicians alike, many of whom took to social media to express their condolences.

Actor Riteish Deshmukh shared his sorrow on social media, calling for justice for Siddique’s family. Riteish, whose late father and former Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Vilasrao Deshmukh, had a close bond with Siddique, wrote, “I am extremely saddened and shocked beyond words to learn about the tragic demise of Shri #BabaSiddique ji. My heart goes out to @zeeshan_iyc and the entire family. May God give them the strength to navigate this difficult time. The perpetrators of this horrific crime must be brought to justice.

”Priya Dutt, daughter of the late iconic actor Sunil Dutt and a politician herself, also expressed her deep sorrow in a heartfelt note. She stated, “Today, I’m shaken by the news of Baba Siddique’s tragic death. It has left me in shock. Baba was more than a political associate; he was family. To my father, Baba was like a son, and to me, he was a brother and a dear friend. He steadfastly stood by my father throughout his political journey and beyond. When I entered politics, he guided me through its challenges, offering unwavering support. His loss feels like losing a family member.

My heart aches for Bhabhi, Zeeshan, and Arshia. May God grant them the resilience to endure this immense sorrow. May his soul rest in eternal peace. Farewell, dear brother.”In addition, several Bollywood celebrities, including Shilpa Shetty, Salman Khan, and Sanjay Dutt, visited Siddique’s residence to pay their respects and personally convey their condolences to his grieving family.
