Salman Khan receives death threats, details here!
On Sunday, an unsigned note threatening Bollywood actor Salman Khan and his father Salim Khan was discovered near Mumbai’s Bandra Bandstand promenade.
The Bandra Police Department has filed a FIR against an unknown person, and additional investigation is continuing, according to Mumbai Police.
The letter was found by Salim Khan’s security staff on a bench. “Salim Khan follows a morning routine where he goes for a walk on the promenade accompanied by his security personnel. There’s a location where he typically takes a break. A chit had been left behind on a bench,” TOI quoted a police official as saying.
The chit contained dire threats for both Salim Khan and Salman Khan, police said. “Moosa wala jaisa kar dunga,” the chit said, according to the TOI report.
On May 29, unidentified assailants shot and killed Punjabi singer and Congress leader Sidhu Moose Wala in Jawaharke village in Punjab’s Mansa district, a day after the Punjab government reduced his security cover. According to the post-mortem study, Moose Wala’s body had 19 bullet injuries and he died within 15 minutes of being shot, with the cause of death being “haemorrhage shock” owing to antemortem gunshot injuries.
In a Facebook post, a Canadian criminal named Goldy Brar claimed responsibility for the Punjabi singer’s murder.
