As we saw the trailer of the film Love Aaj Kal starring Sara Ali Khan and Kartik Aaryan came it turned an instant hit in the B Town. The film happens to be the sequel of the 2009 based Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer film Love Aaj Kal. The trailer got a good response in the media and most of the fans of the stars applauded the same. However, it seems that daddy Saif Ali Khan is not that impressed with it.
While talking in an interview Saif after wishing the team good luck for the film and then wished her daughter as well saying that she being his daughter has all his good wishes for her. He said his film of 2009 with Deepika Padukone is close to his heart and refuse to clearly say anything on it rather than wishing good luck. This speaks a lot about his reaction to the film and its trailer.
On the other side when Sara was asked to compare about her film with her father’s film, she said that there can be no comparison between the two. She said that her film is not a sequel as it is the love of current and the old times. She said she loved the 2009 film and liked the work of her father and Imtiaz Ali 11 years ago. She further said that she also has tried to do similar things yet comparing the two would be unfair. Meanwhile, the film also has Randeep Hooda in the key role. The film is all set to hit the screens on 14th Feb 2020, while it is produced under the banner Reliance Entertainment and Maddock Films.
