The film happens to be a sequel, which talks about the flightless angry birds along with the green piggies who seemed to have some sort of their rivalry. However, they keep the same on hold and unite to save their islands from the menace of the rogue eagle called Zeta. So, how their uncanny alliance will save them and the island from the rogue eagle is interesting to catch in the nearby cinema.

Review
The plot this time for an animated film seems very much serious when compared to the prequel yet it seems impressive. From the very start, the makers have given the feeling that this film is completely a kiddle flick and not like any other animated movie. At the same time, one can notice too much of comedy as well by both the new and old characters found in diverse colors, sizes, and shapes. The trio- the Red (Jason Sudeikis), winged buddies Chuck (Josh Gad) and Bomb (Danny McBride) who come together on a mission to save the island seemed in good form both in the serious and bulk of the comedy with their goofy acts.

Although the character of red seemed with a perfect arc, the other two are seen playing with special powers and unbridled cuteness, which helped them to impress the audience. The movie can move smoothly from the first scene yet one can feel some amount of tonality to a certain extent. One can even find a couple of references from the real world as well on the serious note, while the jokes and puns keep on coming in a big way and many of these seemed coming perfectly. However, amidst the goofing thing, one can find some unwanted detours as well that has ruined the show.

The Angry Birds Movie 2 – Last Word

When compared to the other Hollywood animation franchises, one can find this film to be very much fluffy and juvenile. Although one may not find it going to the higher cinematic heights but has certain enhancements as compared to the original. With its feather-light approach, one can find a couple of chuckles without actually going too preachy on a serious issue dealt in the film.
