Sachin: The Ultimate Winner Story
The plot of Sachin: The Ultimate Winner centres around a good-hearted man who enjoys cricket and is an excellent player. He idolises Sachin Tendulkar and wishes to gain fame just like him. However, fate has other plans for him, and he is assaulted by opponents who are jealous of his success.
After being injured and hospitalised, he faces a major setback when the doctor informs everyone that his body is paralysed. He makes a strong return in the cricket competition thanks to his persistence, love from friends, family, and well-wishers, and motivation from his coach.
Sachin: The Ultimate Winner Review
Well, I didn’t notice anything outstanding about this mediocre storyline, and I believe the creators could have developed a better and more realistic plot with a little more effort. If we talk about whether the film is watchable or not, it definitely is. The emotional sequences, humour and upbeat attitude will catch the attention of viewers. One aspect of the film that drew my attention was one of the characters’ dramatic yet delightful ‘Bhojpuri’ accent.
The powerful message presented to the youth of this generation – “Everything is possible if your willpower is strong” – is the film’s most significant factor that appeals to the audience. Furthermore, it demonstrates how, despite massive setbacks in life, dreams never expire. The film’s directing and writing is substandard, however, this is reasonable considering that it was made on a shoestring budget. Aside from being a children’s film, we can effectively refer to it as a family entertainer that people of all ages may enjoy without any discomfort.
Sachin: The Ultimate Winner Review: Star Performances
The lead character, Mukul Cheeru effortlessly flaunts the likeness to Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar. I believe that the cricketer looked much similar to this boy in childhood. Ved Thapar plays the motivating coach that every school needs. Shivani Sharma as Sachin’s mother does nothing extraordinary and the efforts of her character weren’t noticed. Dweep Raj entertained in his character of Nihal Singh, while the rest of the cast also performed OK.
CT Verdict
Overall, the film is what we would expect from an average movie. Dweep Raj Kochar directed an excellent film, however, the narrative required further development to shine and establish standards. If you want to spend some quality time with your family, watch it with them. Other than this, only kids would be the target audience for Sachin: The Ultimate Winner.
