RIP Sushma Swaraj: Bollywood Reacts to the Sudden Demise of the former Minister
Yesterday at 9.45 pm, the former External Affair Minister Mrs. Sushma Swaraj passed away. She met a cardiac arrest and was rushed to AIIMS when she was declared dead by the senior doctors. This has created a negative buzz not just in the political circles but also in other circles where we have Bollywood actors also reacting to her sudden death. Within a month the National capital has witnessed two important politicians leaving this fatal world, first Mrs. Sheila Dixit and now Sushma Swaraj.
She was called as an Iron Lady, thanks to her great oratory skills and large-hearted nature, many were compelled to share their condolences for the former great leader who still has much to teach to the other politicians. The first in B Town to react on her death was the megastar Amitabh Bachchan who said in his tweet that she was a great leader and orator apart from being a decent lady, may her soul rest in peace. Akshay Kumar also was among the first to react.
The Khiladi said he is shocked to see losing a great leader and person and then gave his sympathy to her family. The filmmaker – Madhur Bhandarkar shared two photos with the lady on Twitter while remembering and passing condolences. The others from the Bollywood to react include Hema Malini, Sunny Deol, Dharmendra, Lara Dutta, Hansika, Paresh Rawal, Sonali Bendre, Anil Kapoor, Manisha Koirala, Raveena Tandon, Anushka Sharma, Ekta Kapoor, Boman Irani, Riteish Deshmukh, and Anupam Kher to name a few.
