Ravi Dubey opens up about his shocking physical transformation says, “With Just Pure Discipline”

Jamai Raja fame Ravi Dubey made a name for himself by hosting several shows on Television, including India’s Best Dramebaaz, Rising Star 2, Sabse Smart Kaun and more. Recently the actor shared his one month journey of physical transformation with a comparison picture, leaving everyone in awe. What was more surprising is the fact that he achieved it without any supplements with a rigorous regime including 90-minute weight training in the morning, a 10 km jog in the evening and a calorie deficit diet.

As reported by Hindustan Times, while talking about his physical transformation, Ravi Dubey said, “It was like tapasya. Due to many reasons, I couldn’t prioritise fitness and when the opportunity came to get into shape, I took on the challenge. I wanted it to be organic as physical transformation takes a toll on the body. I have never been fond of protein shakes as they make me sluggish and I don’t like the taste, so I got protein from my meals.”

He further added, “Now, I know that I can achieve a body goal without torturing myself, with just pure discipline. This was a tremendous experience that shocked many people. I feel one has to experience something to know that it is possible to achieve. I don’t mean just fitness but relationships, professional sphere, money, material stuff and even spirituality.”

It was two days ago that Ravi Dubey shared the post of his one-month transformation, on his Instagram handle and captioned the picture, “One Month transformation without supplements or protein shakes – last month around 12th of june an unexpected shooting schedule came up which required me to be substantially leaner than i was at the time .. being covid positive ,the post recovery phase ,me being in ‘producer mode’ , me being in punjab 🙂 had all come together to make me around 10kgs heavier than i had to be ..with less than 20 days in hand i immediately integrated an hour and a half of weight training in the morning and 10km jog in the evening in my otherwise 12 hour shifts this of course was clubbed a calorie deficit diet …considering the amount of cardio ,no supplements not even protein shakes one was expecting to lose muscle ,i am happy to have retained some …gratitude to my trainers @addy_aman_ & @shariquekhan_aesthetics for working with me tirelessly and training me often at very odd hours according to my schedule …now that i’ve managed a no supplement transformation in a month i intend to make this a lifestyle i feel eating organic in moderate quantities along with exercise and over all discipline is the most sustainable way of being fit in the long run … @akshaykumar @milindrunning are live examples and inspirations”.
