Taapsee Pannu has emerged out a powerhouse when it comes to giving the best of her performances. With stunning performances in her last few films like Game Over, Badla, Mulk, Pink, and the recently released film Mission Mangal, she has nailed with her incredible performances. Now, she is gearing up for her next venture that is found in the form of films like Thappad and Rashmi Rocket. She even shared the first look poster of her character from the film Thappad.
While sharing the photo on social media, Taapsee Pannu is seen writing about the film when she introduced her character with an interesting phase saying ‘Amrita Pritam. Moving from one Amrita to the other….. Main tenu pher milangi…. and then she announced the release date on 6th of March 2020. The film Thappad happens to be directed by the Mulk fame director Anubhav Sinha and it will be a treat for women as it releases on the eve of International Women’s Day in 2020.
Talking about the film, the director wrote that this is his 11th film in his career as a director and 11 happens to his lucky number apart from being the toughest one as well. The film is made on the life of women in India. Besides the films like Thappad and Rashmi Rocket, the actress is also the part of Anurag Kashyap’s film called Saand Ki Aankh starring Bhumi Pednekar.
