Ranveer Shares 1983 Kapil Dev’s Classic Picture with the team as they leave for England
Ranveer Singh who is known for his high energy is now gearing up for his next film 83. After giving back to back hits in B Town, the actor has been working hard to get into the skin of the character as he plays Kapil Dev in the film. The film is directed by Kabir Khan and it is all set to hit the screens on 10th April 2020 amidst the IPL Season. The film is based on the victory of Indian Cricket Team in Lords in 1983 Cricket World Cup. He recently stayed with Kapil and his family at their home in Delhi.
He has been working hard to develop the cricketing skills to play the actor on the silver screen. The film is all set to hit the floor soon and the team is all set to leave for the UK to shoot the epic. To keep the buzz alive, the actor has shared an old-time picture of Kapil Dev with his team. The picture was clicked just before the team was leaving for England for the cricket world cup. Everyone seemed with black uniform with blue ties.
The actor shared the photo on his Instagram account and then shared it over other places making it viral on the social media. While sharing the picture, he captioned with the title as Kapil’s Devil. All these days, the actor has been getting training by Kapil Dev at Dharamshala in the one month’s camp followed by a ten days camp. Pankaj Tripathi who is also the part of the film was seen talking about the film. He talked about Ranveer and applauded his energy which he gives to his co-stars. He said people never be bored with Ranveer Singh around.
