Rhea Chakraborty is excited be making her comeback on the shooting set after three years. The actress will be part of the reality show MTV Roadies Season 19 as one of the ‘Gang Leaders’.
Rhea dropped a new video on her Instagram handle where she is seen getting a make-up done in the vanity van. Rhea shared a video with the caption, “It’s been a long waiting game. Being back on set, back to work is a joy I can’t describe. Heart full of gratitude, raring to go. Thank you to all of you for your love and support. Times have been hard, but your love has been real. BRB – crying happy tears. #rhenew #resillience.”

In the same clip, she is asked about how it feels to be back on the set. She is heard saying: “I haven’t shot in three years and I am back on set. Vanity van is feeling all new, hair and makeup hasn’t happened in a while. Strangely enough when I shot three years ago, it was on this very set, in this vanity van for Chehre. I am back here after three years… Overwhelming and excited, welcome back to me.”

Couple of days ago, Rhea had shared the promo for Roadies Season 19. In the promo Rhea can be heard saying, “Aapko kya laga main wapas nahi aaungi? Darr jaungi? Darne ki baari kisi aur ki hai. Milte hain auditions pe.” Along with Rhea, Prince Narula and Gautam Gulati can be also seen as ‘Gang Leaders’.
For the unversed, Rhea was imprisoned for a month in 2020 as a scapegoat in the actor and her boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide case. Sushant Singh Rajput was discovered dead in his Mumbai flat in June 2020. Days after his death, the actor’s father charged Rhea, the actor’s then-girlfriend, with aiding suicide and money laundering.
