The actress Rani Mukherji did her comeback on the silver screen after a brief maternity break with the film Hichki. As the film turned a decent grosser at the box office, it also won applauds from different circles for its unique concept and theme. Now, as per the recent reports, the film is all set to travel to the reputed event called Giffoni Film Festival 2019 where it will be screened before the audience. The film managed to gain 250 Crores at the box office from all across the world.
So, when it is selected for the said festival, which has reached its 49th edition, it becomes a worthy choice for the selectors. The film has raised a pertinent question as to how students of backward and economically backward classes face discrimination who get admission under the right to education. However, with teachers like Rani in the film despite her ailment of nervous system disorder – Tourette Syndrome, she is able to bring the big change and set trends for the school taking up these kids.

He calls the film both inspiring and heart warming, which was produced under the banner of Yash Raj Films. It has tried to break the stereotypes found in our society in a decent way. The said festival would begin on 19th July and would remain till 27th July.
