Jaish-e-Muhammad (JeM) chief and Pathankot attack mastermind Masood Azhar’s right hand man Abdul Razak Mohammad Aziz today issued a fatwa against Arshi Khan and Indian film maker and director Maneesh Singh for degrading the Pakistani flag and what he termed blasphemy against Islam. He has also banned the film Green Terror  which is currently at the pre-production stage by Chennai-based production house Vrindaavan Films. According to Indian media reports, the film Green Terror revolves around the role of the Pakistani spy agency ISI and its complicated role in sponsoring groups like the JeM and the JuD and other ‘terror’ groups.

Just two weeks ago, Arshi Khan had stirred up a hornet’s nest in India with her controversial film poster shoot. The film produced and directed by controversial director Mannesh Singh shows Arshi Khan topless with a Pakistan flag painted on her back with the words “Azad Kashmir” scrawled on it.

According to Mohammad Aziz, a spokesperson for the JeM, photographs of Arshi Khan with the Pakistan flag painted on her topless back and on her bikini on her bust and crotch have been widely circulated in the media. “This is a humiliation for Pakistan and also a blasphemy against Islam. A selfie image which appeared later on and shot by a mobile phone shows Arshi Khan showing her middle finger while posing for the  above mentioned shoot. This is a direct insult against Pakistan and PAK (Pakistan Administered Kashmir) and we have issued a fatwa denouncing the acts by Arshi Khan and director Maneesh Singh,” Mohammad Aziz told a Pakistani journalist associated with an international news agency.

After painting the Indian and Pakistan flags on her bare, semi-nude back last year during the 20-20 World cup, Arshi Khan who plays the main lead in director Maneesh Singh’s film “Green Terror” reportedly posed with a Pakistani flag painted on her bust and crotch.

Some photographs which were leaked reportedly by a photographer, show Arshi Khan posing with the Pakistani flag painted on her bikini – both on her bust and crotch and her bare bosom and back.

According to sources, while the leaked photographs which first appeared on Facebook depict Arshi Khan in a bikini, our sources tell us that Arshi Khan has posed completely nude for the same film. She plays a female terrorist who is used by her handlers in Pak to seduce Indian military officials and leak out sensitive information about military assets in North India.

Chennai and Mumbai-based director and producer Maneesh Singh refused to comment on the subject. Please ask Arshi Khan about the photos, he said, adding that they did shoot a controversial poster for his film “Green Terror” but he does not know from where the current photographs have appeared.

Last year, Singh announced a film with controversial Pakistani model – the late Qandeel Baloch – who he claimed was his ‘good friend’. But the film was shelved following the Uri attacks and after the Pakistan government denied Singh and his team permission to shoot in Pakistan.  A fatwa has been reportedly issued in Pakistan against Indian model Arshi Khan for posting on social networking site Twitter that she had a physical relationship with Pakistan cricketer Shahid Afridi. Arshi expressed her “disappointment” at the development.

In September last year, Arshi Khan had posted on Twitter, saying:” Yes, I had sex with Afridi! Do I need the Indian media’s permission to sleep with someone? It’s my personal life. For me it was love.”

Reportedly at that time, the fatwa was issued by a section of the Pakistan clergy. This is the second fatwa issued against Arshi Khan in recent times.
