After battling long for his life Raju Srivastava lost his beetle. He was admitted to the hospital in August after suffering a heart attack. With his satirical jokes on Bollywood, politics, and other topics, the comedian turned politician amused everyone. He was most known for his portrayal of Gajodhar Bhaiyya. Raju Srivastav reported feeling uneasy while working out at a hotel gym in Delhi a few weeks ago. He was reportedly given CPR by his trainer before being taken to the hospital. Raju Srivastava was 58 years old when he died on September 21, 2022. Celebrities including Ajay Devgn, Sonu Sood, Vicky Kaushal, and others have expressed their sorrow over his unfortunate death.

He was most known for his humorous roles in films like Aamdani Atthanni Kharcha Rupaiya, Baazigar, and Bombay to Goa. In 2005, he shot to prominence after appearing on the reality stand-up comedy show The Great Indian Laughter Challenge.
