The wedding of Shahid Kapoor has been making headlines ever since it was first discussed in the media. There are loads of rumour about his wedding destination, which enlisted some of the finest locations of Europe including Greece and France, however, with Shahid‘s busy schedule, it was finally decided with a venue based at National Capital. Later the date of the marriage was scheduled to be in June, however, it was delayed by one month to be held in July. So as per the current updates, the wedding would be on 8th July in New Delhi, while the reception would be on 12th July.
As per sources close to him, Shahid has blocked the dates from 5th July to 8th July for his Sangeet and several other functions followed by the wedding ceremony. The same source revealed that the nuptials will be taking place on 8th July. Currently Shahid is busy winding up his projects and is away to overseas trip. He is likely to wrap up the project work in the coming weeks and then would focus on his wedding. The reception would be taking place in a luxury hotel close to the beach area, which will be a Bollywood star packed event. Apart from his friends and family members, the actor has also invited his step father Rajesh Khattar who is the husband of his mother Neelima Azim.
