Prerna Arora, Zee Studios & Keerthan Collaborate on Kiran Abbavaram’s Grand Mytho-Fantasy
An ambitious mytho-fantasy spectacle is in the making as Zee Studios’ Umesh Kr Bansal and producer Prerna Arora officially team up with creator, co-producer, and writer Keerthan for an untitled epic mythological fantasy starring Kiran Abbavaram in the lead role.
Though the title remains a closely guarded secret, the project’s scale and vision have already sparked significant buzz within the industry. Pre-production is in full swing for this Telugu-Hindi bilingual, with the makers actively searching for a strong female lead opposite Kiran Abbavaram—an essential character in the film’s mythological universe.
The film promises to blend mythology, fantasy, and cutting-edge visual effects on a grand scale. Keerthan, known for his visually compelling storytelling in the advertising world, is deeply involved in preparing the large-scale, VFX-intensive mythological sequences.
Sources reveal the team is meticulously working to craft an unprecedented visual experience for audiences. Grand set construction is set to begin soon, with extensive shooting planned across Kerala, Kodaikanal, Karnataka, the Western Ghats, and the historic landscapes of Hampi—locations chosen to amplify the mystical and epic tone of the story.
