Synopsis – The popular digital media – ZEE5 is back in the news and this time for bringing yet another web series called Posham Pa, which happens to be a psychological thriller. It has the B Town actress Mahie Gill, Sayani Gupta, and Ragini Khanna. The web series is directed by the national award-winning filmmaker called Suman Mukhopadhyay, while the story is jotted down by Nimisha Misra. It has been produced under a slew of makers like Ten Years Younger Productions LLP, Dhirajj Walks of Art Pvt Ltd, New Born Films LLP, and Vishant Audio Visuals Pvt Ltd. It is all set to hit the said digital media on 21st August 2019.
Talking about the plot of Posham Pa, it is inspired by true events, which has been researched by Praful Shah a senior journalist. The story talks about a psychologically disturbed mother who has brought her daughters into the world of crime. This has led the daughters to face the death penalty for their violent crimes, which were presented by the two documentarians -Imaad Shah and Shivani Raghuvanshi.
Talking about the story, Mahie Gill who plays the lead role in the said web-based film says that it is interesting to play such character that gets indulged into crime with certain situations which are hard to imagine. Both the ladies – Sayani Gupta and Ragini Khanna play the daughters of the lady played by Mahie Gill. The makers have released the promos which seem to have created a good buzz in the media.
