Poonam is a Certified Yoga Grandmaster from Yoga Alliance International. She has been practicing Yoga since her childhood days which she imbibed from her mother, a staunch Yoga practitioner. Yoga for her is a way of life, a deeply spiritual practice, and is the best Madhyam (medium) to get perfect co-ordination between the 3 H’s that is the head (mental), heart (emotional), and hand (physical).

She specializes in all forms of Yoga (Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Prana Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Raj Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Rhythmic Yoga, Pre/Post Natal Yoga, Corporate Yoga, kids Yoga, Power Yoga, Healing and Meditation). She has been active with numerous corporate yoga sessions, webinars, workshops for schools and hospitals (especially for cancer patients and children with special needs) and specializes in training the Yoga teachers.

Poonam is a professional model, personality groomer, wellness coach, and a popular Influencer on Social Media. She has been participating in fashion shows like a show stopper, Jury, and has been the face of many brands.
As a person, she is an optimist who believes in the positives of life and emanates positive energy with an aim to spread awareness and consciousness in the society about good living and happiness.
