Pooja Hegde is the leading lady in Salman Khan’s ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ Eid 2021 Release
It seems that the makers of the Eid 2021 release – Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali have found the leading lady opposite Salman Khan in the film. Well, yes, you guessed it right, it is the Houseful 4 fame actress Pooja Hegde who would be romancing with Salman Khan. She has also worked with Hrithik Roshan in Ashutosh Gowariker’s film Mohenjo Daro.
The film KEKD is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala who is the one who confirmed this news in the local newsgroup. He has already worked with the diva in his previous hit film and felt that she would be the right fit for the role opposite Salman Khan. He added that she would give some amount of freshness to the film apart from giving a fresh pair with Salman Khan.
The director of the film Farhad Samji is also convinced about this choice and the makers have planned a few workshops with the leading couple for breaking the ice before they start the shoot in Oct 2020. While sharing about her character in the movie, Sajid said that she would be seen in a small town girl role like what we have seen her in the movie Mukunda and they will prepare for the same.
The film will showcase a mature but beautiful love story between Salman and Pooja. The film is an action thriller and somewhere made at the backdrop of the current political scenario.
