Piyush Sahdev is a known face in the small screen. He is a TV actor who hails from Delhi. He was born on 12th March 1982 in Delhi and was raised in the National Capital. He did his schooling and college from Delhi. Since his student life, he has been active in cultural programs like plays and dance. Hence once he completed his studies, he headed to Mumbai to make his career in the field of acting. Since his brother Girish Sachdev is also an actor, it had a support that made him relocate to Mumbai. He made his debut in the world of acting with a TV show called Meet Mila De Rabba aired on the popular TV channel called Sony TV. He played the character known as Kulwant Singh in 2008.

He then got another TV show called Har Ghar Kuch Kehta Hai the same year with the role called Varun, which was aired in Zee TV. Since then it was no stopping for him. He then got the show Ghar Ek Sapnaa playing the supporting role Sharad aired in Sahara One. His other TV shows include Geet, Mann Kee Awaaz Pratigya, Hum Ne Li Hai- Shapath, Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev in the Supporting Role of Lord Rama. He then got Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke, Encounter, Beyhadh, Devanshi Pavan Bakshi, Ishq Subhan Allah, and currently he is doing the TV show Dastaan-E-Mohabbat -Salim Anarkali aired at Colors TV where he is playing the pivotal role called Abul Fazal.

Talking about his personal life, he was married to his old time friend Akangsha Rawat in June 2012; however, their marriage did not live long, and they ended up getting divorced in 2017. The same year he was arrested against the FIR of a lady who alleged a rape case against the actor. He remained in Jail for a few weeks and then got his anticipatory bail. He was alleged to rape a 23-year model in Mumbai. They were in a relationship for a while, but after having a nasty fight with the actor, the lady went to file an FIR against the actor that he raped her on the pretext of marriage.
