Just when the makers released the poster of the period war drama film called Panipat we now see them announcing the release date as well. The film is directed by Ashutosh Gowarikar and it remains the most awaited movies this year. All thanks to the massive sets being erected to create the best of the war scenes as witnessed during the war of Panipat in the film. So, the movie is all set to hit the theatres worldwide on December 6.
It will be a clash with Kartik Aryan, Bhumi and Ananya Panday starrer film Pati Patni Aur Woh as it will be released on teh same date. Talking about Panipat, the film happens to be special as it has an ensemble star cast with actors like Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Kapoor, and Kriti Sanon in the lead role, while to add the icing on the cake, we also have Padmini Kolhapure, Mohnish Bahl and Zeenat Aman to be seen in the film in the cameo roles.
Talking about the film, Ashutosh Gowarikar said that his film will be brought out with great lively things and talks about the glory of the Marathas found in the history by showcasing the war between them and the Afghan invaders. He said the film will give the audience the best of the cinematic experience.
