Pancholi’s files 100 crore Defamation suite to Jiah Khan’s mother
It’s been more than a year when Jiah Khan commited suicide in her Mumbai residence, yet its been echoed loud in various ways. Though the case was suicide, yet her mother Rabia Khan seemd trying her best to bring out the exact cause of death. Now, you see another twist in the news when Aditya Pancholi and his family is seen filing a 100 crore defamation suit against the star’s mother. As per the reports of Mumbai Mirror, it was Zarina Wahab (wife of Aditya Pancholi) and her son Sana who has been alleging that Rabia Khan has been posting comments about the family on her Twitter account simply defame the Pancholis. The defamation suit coming from the family covers 25 crore for harassment, 25 crore loss for mental agony while 50 crores for the business loss.
Rabis has been very much active over Twitter and was seen breaking up after her daughter’s death. As per reports, the Pancholi’s have posted more than 18 posts over her Twitter account along with making personal comments against the family members. In her statement issued via her lawyer, she has said that she stand by her statements and claimed that even Pancholis has been harassing her at various junctures. Rabia has left no stone unturned to find proofs for the death as she calls the suicide as murder and not a simple suicide case. Rabia was seen posting pictures of her daughter along with putting the forensic report as well.
