OMG: FIR Filed Against Vaani Kapoor for Wearing A Blouse Having Ram’s name written on it

Vaani Kapoor although she has impressed the B Town audience with her incredible performances in films like Uri: The Surgical Strike and the recent film -War, she is nowadays making headlines for a wrong reason. She was seen wearing a deep neck blouse with Ram written on it. This has invited wrath from a certain section of our society leading to an FIR against the diva in a police station for hurting religious sentiments.

The complaint was filed by a Mumbai based resident called Rama Sawant who has lodged a complaint claiming that the name of Hindu God – Ram on her stingy outfit seems to have hurt his religious sentiments. The complaint was filed at N M Joshi Marg police station this Tuesday in Mumbai. The complainant said that the actress would be called at the Police station to record her statement in the case. In his complaint, Sawant called himself to be an ardent devotee of Ram.

With such a vulgar dress of the lady in public and sharing the same on the social media has insulted not just the devotees of Ram but the Hindu god himself claimed Sawant. As per reports and the photo shared here she was seen wearing the cloth-like Ramnami, with the names like Lord Shri Ram that seemed to carry the word ‘Shri Ram’ denoting to the Hindu God Shri Ram.” However, soon when the lady realized that too much negativity has been spread around the photo, she quickly removed the same from her Instagram page.
