OMG! Comedian Bharti Singh lost 15 kgs, husband Haarsh isn’t pleased with this result, here’s why!

Bharti Singh, a comedian, discussed her weight loss and her husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa’s reaction to her new look. In an interview, Bharti disclosed that she practises intermittent fasting and is amazed at how much weight she has dropped.

Her pre-existing medical issues, such as diabetes and asthma, have improved as a result of decreasing weight, she claims. Bharti Singh used to weigh 91 kgs, but today she just weighs 76 kgs.

“Abhi saans nahi chadhti aur halka halka feel hota hai. Meri diabetes aur asthma bhi control mein aa gaye hain (Now I don’t have problem breathing and feel lighter. My diabetes and asthma are also under control),” she told a leading daily.

Haarsh, according to Bharti, isn’t as pleased with the shift as she is, since he misses playing with her tummy and is irritated when she refuses to eat outside food.

“I don’t eat between 7 pm and 12 pm. I just attack food post 12 pm,” Bharti continued, adding, “My body doesn’t accept dinner any later than 7 pm. Maine 30-32 saal bahut khaana khaaya hai aur uske baad ek saal apni body ko time diya toh body ne sab accept kiya (I ate a lot of food for 30-32 years and then gave my body a year and my body has accepted the change).”

She claimed that, despite hitting a weight-loss ‘plateau,’ she is “extremely proud” of herself and feels good when she sees herself on screen. Bharti is now seen on Dance Deewane 3 and The Kapil Sharma Show.

In a recent episode of Dance Deewane, Bharti revealed that she and Haarsh had planned to start a family, but seeing the pandemic wreck havoc on people’s life made them hesitate.

“We are planning a baby but after hearing about such cases, we don’t feel like starting a family. We are deliberately not talking about having a baby because I don’t want to cry like this,” she said.
