OMG: Bigg Boss fame actor Ajaz Khan goes Behind the Bar on Drugs Charges
It was a bad day for the TV actor and Bigg Boss fame man Ajaz Khan as he was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau today. He was detained by the Mumbai Police on the charges of possessing the restricted drugs in his home. The police took him into custody just a day before yesterday from Mumbai airport when he was returning home from Rajasthan. As per reports, the actor was found with drugs like alprazolam tablets at his residence when the Police were searching for similar things in suburbs like Andheri and Lokhandwala.
Ajaz was in touch with narcotics peddler Shadab Farooque Shaikh and has remained in his drugs syndicate. He was even arrested last Thursday for having 2 KGs of banned mephedrone drug that was recovered from him. As per NDTV reports, Khan has been taken to NCB’s Mumbai office for questioning and but Khan on the other hand has claimed that he was not arrested but has gone to meet the officers voluntarily. He said nothing has been found in his bag while he was returning from Rajasthan or in his home.
All he said was that he had some sleeping pills, which his wife has been consuming after miscarriage as she was in depression. As we see the Narcotics department has lightened the screws on the alleged syndicate of drugs found in the industry. The department has been investigating the matter ever since the drug issue has emerged in Sushant Singh Rajput’s case. Earlier Rhea and her brother Sobit was arrested.
