Janhavi is looking beautiful in black, gold lehenga and black-blue choli along with red dupatta. Ishaan grabs attention dressed in colourful shirt, jeans and chappals. Johar released the posters on his Twitter handle. The script of this flick will gel well with contemporary sensibilities of the viewers. Ishaan’s character in the film is rugged, while Janhavi plays the role of a girl from rich family.

The other name for playing the female lead that was being considered was Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara Ali Khan, however Janhavi bagged the role. Talking about this film, a source revealed “The mounting of the film will be larger than life as expected of Dharma Productions. Keeping the real and raw dramatic conflict central to the story, there won’t be a compromise on the production values. Shashank’s comfort zone is a rustic love story. So, it’s bound to look good.”

‘Dhadak’ will narrate the story of two people’s ‘forbidden’ love as they belong to different classes of society. Apart from the film ‘Dhadak’, Ishaan Khattar will also feature in Iranian filmmaker Majid Majidi’s upcoming movie ‘Beyond The Clouds’.
