Nora Fatehi releases an official statement on money laundering case

Nora Fatehi was summoned by the Enforcement Directorate in a money extortion case. The actress who was summoned and interrogated has now issued a fresh statement through her spokesperson in the same matter.

In connection to the ongoing probe of the ED the actress’s statement read, “To whomsoever it may concern. On behalf of Nora Fatehi, we would like to clarify the various conjectures floating around amongst the media. Nora Fatehi has been the victim around the case and being a witness, she is co-operating and helping the officers in the investigation. We would like to make it very clear that she has not been a part of any money laundering activity, she does not know or have any personal connection with the accused and has been called by ED to strictly help with the investigation.”

“We would like to request our fellow friends in the media to refrain from slandering her name and making any statements before any official information is released.- Spokesperson of Nora Fatehi”.

Actress Jacqueline Fernandez was also summoned in the same case again.

According to the report, the agency is probing all possible angles in the money laundering case involving Sukesh Chandrashekar. Previously ED has also stated that celebs from the entertainment industry are also actively involved in this case.

Meanwhile, Jacqueline Fernandez, who was supposed to appear in court today, has cancelled her Friday interrogation due to personal concerns. The ED has issued a new summons to the actress in order to conduct additional investigation.
