Nil Battey Sannata,Laal Rang and Santa Banta Pvt. Ltd First Weekend Box Office Report
Last Friday, we had a couple of releases, which included the acclaimed film Nil Battey Sannata, let’s talk about the same. The film had good reviews from most of the reviewers managed to get decent amount of applauds from the audience as well. The feedback about the film has been incredible thanks to the dexterous performance of Swara Bhaskar playing the struggling mother of a teenager. Despite the applauds and positive vibes about the film, NBS was only destined to a low collection only after all it was not a high star value film, which is promoted out of proportion in the media. So, as per reports, the first weekend box office collection for Nil Battey Sannata tolled to around 1.60 crores, which is as expected.
Despite the low collection, the world of mouth buzz for the media continues to build up and soon one can expect a decent collection at the end. Moving to the next film – Laal Rang, the film managed to get mixed reviews. The word of mouth simply failed to spread much either as the footfalls were seen fairly low to start with. As per the initial estimates and the available reports, the 1st weekend box office collection of Laal Rang tolled to around 1.35 crores. Now the remaining comedy film – Santa Banta Pvt Ltd, it was seen with limited screens and with similar amount of collection reaching to minuscule as well and thus gave the first weekend box office collection to be around 50 lakhs.
