Himesh Reshammiya gave Deepika her first break, Shahrukh offered ‘Om Shanti Om’ after watching the music video

Deepika Padukone is celebrating her 34th birthday on 5 January. Deepika is in the news these days due to her upcoming film ‘Chhapak’, in which she will be seen as an Acid Attack Survivor. Despite being a national level badminton player, Deepika chose the path of modeling. After modeling for many years, she again came into films. Deepika made her debut in the film world in 2006 with the Kannada film Aishwarya. At the same time, she made her Bollywood debut in 2007 through ‘Om Shanti Om’. But before that she was seen in a music video, due to which she got ‘Om Shanti Om’ and she managed to make a place in Bollywood.

Himesh Reshammiya gave a break: Before ‘Om Shanti Om’, Himesh Reshammiya was the one who gave Deepika a big break in the film industry. He cast Deepika in his music video ‘Naam Hai Tera’. Recently, when Deepika reached ‘Indian Idol 11’ for the promotion of her film Chhapak, she thanked Himesh for giving her the first break. Deepika said, ‘Farah Khan and Shah Rukh Khan cast me in their film only after watching the music video of’ Naam Hai Tera Tera ‘. So I thank Himesh sir for giving me this opportunity.

Himesh praises Deepika: Himesh, who was seen as a judge on Indian Idol 11, expressed happiness over Deepika’s success and said, ‘Deepika’s dedication and firm intentions have made her a favorite actress of all time today. A lot of girls had come for the audition for this song but Deepika was the best in them and so she got that chance.
