The actress was spotted in the city wearing a low plunging neckline dress for an event and was heavily mocked for it. She attended the event with sister Khushi Kapoor and their friend Aaliyah Kashyap, filmmaker Anurag Kashyap’s daughter. Many people told her that she had forgotten her sanskaar after the death of her mother, Bollywood’s first superstar Sridevi. Janhvi was chastised for her ski show and it was claimed that following the death of her mother, she became overly open and had no shame in parading her body all the time.

Janhvi has received a lot of praise for her ‘improved acting’ in her most recent OTT movie, Good Luck Jerry. While she is also looking forward to the release of ‘Bawaal,’ in which she will co-star with Varun Dhawan, rumours suggest that the actress will be seen in a never-before-seen avatar. The film, directed by Nitesh Tiwari, will be released in April 2023. Janhvi will soon be featured in Mr And Mrs Mahi with Rajkummar Rao. Mili, starring Sunny Kaushal, is also in the works. This will be her first cooperation with her father, producer Boney Kapoor, on a film.
