NDPS court rejects Armaan Kohli’s bail due to strong evidence against him DEETS INSIDE!

In August of last year, the Narcotics Control Bureau raided Bollywood star Armaan Kohli‘s home in Juhu, Mumbai, and detained him. The NCB questioned Armaan for a long period before arresting him in the narcotics case. At his home, a small amount of drugs, 1.2 grammes of cocaine, was allegedly discovered. In the most recent development, Kohli’s bail request in the drug trafficking case was reportedly denied by the NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) court last week.

An NCB source explained why the actor’s bail was denied to ETimes. According to the source, the CIA has discovered significant evidence of Armaan’s involvement in narcotics funding and trafficking. “One of the main reasons why Armaan has not been granted bail is that there is strong evidence of financing and trafficking of drugs. The officials have also found a foreign connection in drug supply concerning his case,” the NCB source was quoted as saying.

After recovering 25 grammes of MD from drug seller Ajay Raju Singh, who was immediately arrested, the NCB office raided Armaan Kohli’s house for the uninitiated. According to reports, Ajay sells drugs to several Bollywood and television figures, and during his interrogation, he disclosed information about Armaan Kohli, prompting a search of his home. In this case, the NCB Mumbai assigned Crime No. 82/21 to it. Armaan Kohli, the son of veteran director Rajkumar Kohli, was detained under the NDPS Act’s sections 21(a), 27(a), 28, 29, 30, and 35.

Armaan applied for bail last year, claiming that his parents are elderly and that he has no one to care for them.
