This Friday a number of movies released, which included the debut venture of talented actor Zeishan Quadri called Meeruthiya Gangsters. This film marked the debut of Zieshan Quadri as a director in Bollywood. However, the crime comedy failed to show the magic and expected it failed miserably over the box office not just on the first day but also at the third day as well. The film starring all the novices except one or two failed to impress the audience with low occupancy and thus a very minimal amount of buzz for the film is witnessed. In a sense, the film had a bad show in its first weekend.
As per reports, the first weekend box office report for Meeruthiya Gangsters tolled to around 1.5 crores, which can be the destiny of any film made with low budget and no star value. Even the low review coming from most of the critics made things bad to worse. Even the trade pundits and business experts have hardly given any ray of hope for the film during the week days. So, all in all, it can be called as a flop film as it failed even to collect the amount, which was invested.
