Medically Yourrs trailer breaks the myths of picture-perfect campus life of medical students
Shantanu Maheshwari’s Medically Yourrs web series tries to put forth the less known quirkiest part of the campus life of a medical student in the most deliberate manner. Right from the normal student life to the complex relationships, not heard not seen undue pressure of parents and not to forget the hardships of medical entrance exams, Medically Yourrs has thrown enough light on almost every aspect of being a medical student.
The trailer for this upcoming web series, Medically Yourrs was shared by Ekta Kapoor which shows it all.
The trailer for Medically Yourrs goes with Shantanu aka Abir Basu dreaming of picture-perfect college life, by the time, the visuals of Priyank Sharma and Harshita Gaur starrer Puncch Beat plays on. But, the reality is pretty different their expectations that they will come to realize sooner or later. Medically Yours scrabbles into the real campus life of medical students, out of which many aren’t able to take the unseen pressure of the medical world but, aren’t aware due to the glare of the medical profession.
Shantanu Maheshwari, who already is a youth icon from the shows like- Yeh Hai Aashiqui and Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya plays a perfect cast for the role resembling a medical college student with his boyish charm. The Yeh Hai Aashiqui actor is playing the role of Abir Basu, a medical student. The entire show is set in the backdrop of Kolkata.
Ekta posted the trailer for the web series, Medically Yourrs , captioning it as, “Dark dogma delicious #medicallyyours @altbalji.”
Few days back, the first look of the series, Medically Yourrs had made its way on digital platform as announced by Alt Balaji’s official handle captioned, “The hatke gang of MBBS students, struggling with their dreams while facing realities of a medical college i.e. KIMS, arrives soon. Shantanu also shared his views on the media platform about working in this Alt Balaji web series, Medically Yourrs, mentioning, “I am quite excited to be working on this project. The genre of youth is gaining immense popularity amongst millennials these days. My character of a final-year medical student in the series is one who’s very complex in nature. The show’s director is someone whom I have worked with earlier and it’s great to be collaborating with him once again.”
