Malavika Mohanan is a Bollywood actress and south Indian film actress. She hails from the same industry and was born to the known cinematographer K. U. Mohanan. She hails from Payyanur in Kannur District while has lived in Mumbai for her entire adult life. She did her schooling from her native place but for her college she came to Mumbai where she completed her graduation in Arts. Now talking about her career, she did her cinematic debut in the year 2013 with the film Pattam Pole when she portrayed the role of Riya who happens a girl from a village in Alappuzha, but later becomes a bit modern.

Since then she did a number of movies starting with Pattam Pole the film in Malayalam. She then did another film in Malayalam called Nirnayakam    in the year 2015 playing Saral. She then did another south Indian film called Naanu Mattu Varalakshmi playing the character called Varalakshmi, which was a Kannada film released in 2016. She then got another Malayalam movie called The Great Father wherein she played the character called Meera, which was released in the year 2017. She then her two films coming one is Malayalam and the other is Hindi.

The Malayalam film called Naale wherein she plays the character called Angeline is is being delayed for no reason. She will be doing her debut with the Bollywood film called Beyond the Clouds    playing the character called Tara in her first film in Hindi Cinema. The film will be released in Tamil, English and Hindi, while her another film Dhadak has reached into post production phase.
