Maamla Legal Hai Season 2 to Premiere on April 3, 2026, on Netflix
The much-anticipated second season of Maamla Legal Hai, starring Ravi Kishan, is set to premiere on Netflix on April 3, 2026. The makers officially announced the release date on Thursday, March 5.Directed by Sameer Saxena and Rahul Pandey, this new season will see Ravi Kishan return as the outspoken and charismatic VD Tyagi—this time stepping into the role of a judge at the Patparganj District Court, taking on fresh challenges and responsibilities.
Speaking about the upcoming season, Ravi Kishan shared, “This season, Tyagi is eager to prove himself as a judge, but it’s a task easier said than done. Yahaan har maamla serious hota hai, par tareeka bilkul hatke.” He added that he is excited to welcome viewers back into the show’s unique world. As you gear up for the second season, it also brings back fan favorites Nidhi Bisht, Naila Grewal, Anant Joshi, and Anjum Batra.

New additions to the cast include Kusha Kapila and Dinesh Lal Yadav, adding fresh energy to the ensemble. Written by Syed Shadan, Mohak Aneja, and Tatsat Pandey, Maamla Legal Hai is based on characters and a world created by Saurabh Khanna and Kunal Aneja. The series is produced by Posham Pa Pictures.
The first season, which premiered in 2024, earned a steady following with its satirical and humorous take on legal proceedings in a busy district court.
