Kritika Kamra is a model and actress who hails from Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India. She was born on 25th October 1988 in the said UP town and was raised at this place and her hometown Ashoknagar, Madhya Pradesh. She completed her schooling from Anand Primary School, Sukhpur and Tara Sadan Sr. Secondary school, Ashoknagar, M.P, while for her college she headed to Delhi to join the National Institute of Fashion Technology to pursue her career in fashion. However, she dropped her studies the very first year as she got the offer from the TV show called Yahan Ke Hum Sikandar in 2007.
Her next venture came in the year 2009 with the show Kitani Mohabbat Hai at Imagine TV and since then it was no looking back for the actress. She did a couple of TV shows including Pyaar Ka Bandhan, Zara Nachke Dikha as Contestant, Kitani Mohabbat Hai 2, Kuch Toh Log Kahenge, V The Serial, Ek Thhi Naayka, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 7, MTV Webbed 2, I Don’t Watch TV, Prem Ya Paheli – Chandrakanta playing Princess Chandrakanta at Life OK and the recent one Khatra Khatra Khatra in the year 2019.
She did her debut in B Town with the film called Mitron playing the Female Lead – Avni. Besides, she was also part of a couple of web ventures including short films and music videos. These include Best Girlfriend with Vikrant Massey in 2015 followed by Dry Dreams (Short Film) with Barun Sobti, Friend Zoned (Comedy Gig) with Company Boss as a Lead role in White Shirt, and the music videos – Mera Jahan, and Hai Pyaar Kya. She also bagged a couple of awards for shows like Kitani Mohabbat Hai and Kuch Toh Log Kahenge, and for Webbed 2 she bagged the Cyber Award 2015 for the Cyber Celebrity of the Year category.
