This Friday, it was a busy day owing to the advent of three movies the very same day. Among the three, you had the erotic thriller called Khamoshiyan starring the Ali Fazal and Sapna Pabbi. This movie was among the top in terms of performance, which went exactly the way the experts have expected about the same. The movie did a good collection in almost all the territories beating the other movies including Rahasya and Hawaizaada. Â Khamoshiyan, which was produced at a modest budget of 15 crores was able to secure a decent figure over the box office.
As per reports, the total fist weekend box office collection tolled to around 7 crores. The collection for the movie went to 2.25, 2.54 and 2.21 crores on Friday, Saturday and Sunday respectively tolling to a decent figure for the filmmakers. Considering the low budget, the movie is more likely to do better in the coming day.
