Kartik Aaryan buys Shahid Kapoor’s Juhu home on rent at THIS whopping amount

Actually, Kartik Aaryan was hunting for the perfect house for himself to live in, and it looks like his search is finally complete. The latest report suggests that he arrived in Juhu, searching for a lavish house and that his deal was finalised too.
It is reported that the actor had been searching for a new rental house for a long time. The house he saw in Juhu is owned by none other than actor Shahid Kapoor. Yes, you read that right! Kartik loves the house of a Jersey actor and is ready to rent it out. So the Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 star is now managed by Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput. Let us tell you, the actor has bought this house on a 3-year contract and has also paid the deposit charges of Rs. 45 lakhs.
Kartik Aaryan will pay THIS amount as monthly rent
Besides the deposit, Kartik will pay a monthly rent of 7 lakh 50 thousand rupees. As per the agreement signed by the two, the monthly rent will increase by 7% each year. Based on this information, the actor will earn 7.5 lakhs for the first 12 months and 8.2 lakhs after that during the second year. In the third year, it will rise to 8.58 lakhs.
When it comes to Kartik Aaryan’s new home, measures 3.681 square feet and has two parking spaces. Earlier, the actor lived in a 459 sqft apartment in Versova, which he bought in 2019 for Rs 1.60 crore.
