Karnataka Court Asks Police to File FIR against Kangana Ranaut, Check Details
It seems that the trouble for actress Kangana Ranaut does not seem to end so soon. We now see that the lady will face an FIR to be filed by Karnataka Police as the courts in the state have asked to do so. Just when we saw people on Twitter have been asking to return the award as she claimed she would return them once proved wrong in the Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. She said she will return her Padma Shri award once it is proven that Sushant committed suicide.
Just when the AIIMS reports came out to claim that it was a suicide and not a murder, the Panga actress got the demands from many to return her award. Well, talking about the recent development against the lady, a Court from Karnataka’s Tumakuru district was seen asking the police to film an FIR against Kangana as her tweet on farmer’s protest was not well taken. She later deleted her tweet that defended the government’s bill on farm laws.
As per reports, an FIR will be filed against the lady as the court has ordered the cops of Kyathasandra police station to file a complaint against her. She is booked under the sections 156(3) of the CrPC. In the plea filed by a lawyer in Karnataka, it was claimed that the lady was opposing the farm bill in her tweet, which could provoke people for riots. The FIR was registered under the Sections 153A, 504, 108 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). In her tweet, Kangana had called the farmers as terrorists.
