Kargil Vijay Diwas: How B Town Celebrities Pay Homage to Indian Army

Come the 26th July 2018, and the country will celebrate the Kargil War Victory Day as Kargil Veer Diwas. With this date this year, we will complete 19 years. As the country celebrates this day, the Bollywood is certainly not an exception. On this day, we see the B Town celebrities honoring the slain army men while they shoot messages of victory for the country this day. Messages on the Microblogging sites

The B Town celebrities that remain active often on this day celebrating the victory day for the Kargil War include Riteish Deshmukh, and Raveena Tandon, and they remained the first to wish on this day are these two actors as they often come on the Twitter and wish their fans on this day along with the song of Bollywood movie sung by Lata Mangeshkar.

The lady said how she was etched in her heart with the forever memories of the great men she had the honor to meet. She wrote when she got the chance to meet the family members of the slain soldiers of the war.

The other actor who remains active on this day is Abhishek Bachchan who wished last year on the microblogging site. He just wished with the hashtag Jai Hind along with Vijay Diwas.  Same goes with the singer Lata Mangeshkar who shared her own way wishing the jawan a million. On the other side we saw the actor Riteish saying that he wants to bow down to the Indian Army for protecting the citizens of India.


Like others, the other actress is Preity Zinta who remembered the martyrs and said on the microblogging site last year saying how freedom comes with a cost and she salutes all the Heroes who had given their lives to the country.

 The war has paid a huge price in terms of lives and money the country has given. A war is often a costly affair, which is only fought when it turns the last resort. The country has lost huge lives in the war and we have seen how the families of slain heroes have suffered.
