Kareena Kapoor Khan’s name comes up in a cheating case after a car registered in her name found, full details inside!

Kareena Kapoor Khan’s name has been dragged into the Monson Mavunkal cheating case. According to the reports Monson Mavunkal, a fake antique dealer from Kerala, had possessed a car registered in the name of the actress. A Porsche Boxster 2007 model has been seized by the police a year ago. The car is now at the police station premises at Cherthala in Alappuzha district. The care registration documents have Randhir Kapoor’s name in the place of Kareena’s father.

As per the reports the car is registered under Kareena’s Mumbai address of Hill Road, Bandra has been furnished, among other details. However, is unclear how Monson was able to take custodianship of the vehicle without changing the registration.

Monson Mavunkal, from Cherthala in Kerala, earned news for duping various people, including celebrities, politicians, and top cops, by displaying locally produced materials as antiques. He claimed to have owned a handful of Judas’ 30 pieces of silver and Tipu Sultan’s imperial throne, among other things. He stated that the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) provisions of the Reserve Bank of India have prevented him from withdrawing 2.6 lakh crores from a foreign bank account. He led people to believe that the large sum of money was given to him in return for antiques.

A joint complaint has been filed against Mavunkal, by Yakoob Purayil, Anoop V. Ahmed, Salim Edathil, M.T. Shameer, Siddique Purayil and Shanimon lodged a complaint of cheating of Rs 10 crores since 2017.
