Rohit Shetty Comes out to Support Mumbai Police by offering eight hotels for them
As we see the Mumbai Police fighting the menace of the virus along with the health workers, we see many of the B Town celebs coming ahead and helping and supporting them the best. Now, we see Rohit Shetty was seen offering Mumbai Police around eight hotels all over the city for the on duty policemen to take rest and have food who are fighting the war against the virus called COVID 19.Â
As the news reached to the Mumbai Police, they were quick to respond and thank the director via their Twitter Handle, check the same as under:Â

Earlier, the filmmaker has even donated around 51 lakhs to the daily wage workers giving the funds to the Federation of Western India Cine Employees for supporting the daily wage workers coming from the film industry as they suffered a lot in this national lockdown. Before him, the actors like Sonu Sood, Ajay Devgn and Salman Khan too have come forward to help and support the daily wage workers.Â
So far the situation is grim in the country with more than 18000 cases of the virus have been reported in India. The Union Health Ministry, has also informed that the death due to the Covid-19 has soared to 590 in the country. Talking about his work, he is gearing up for his next film Sooryavanshi with Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor Khan.
