Filmmaker Karan Johar, renowned for creating some of Indian cinema’s most iconic love stories, is now embracing a different narrative—one that moves beyond the sparkle of wedding decor and dreamy romantic moments. He has been announced as the brand ambassador for The Bridal Retreat, a groundbreaking initiative that emphasizes the emotional and mental preparation before and after the big day.
“I’ve spent years telling love stories through cinema, but The Bridal Retreat focuses on the story behind the scenes,” said Karan Johar. Organized by E-Factor Experiences, The Bridal Retreat is a five-day experiential program designed specifically for brides-to-be. It includes sessions on identity, wellness, body movement, communication, and cultural reflection, all led by seasoned experts in mental health, fashion, and relationship coaching. The aim is to guide women through introspection and self-awareness, assisting them in making mindful transitions into married life.
