Kanika Kapoor In Legal Soup as State Decides To Take Action for Negligence
Ever sing the Baby Doll fame actress was tested positive for the COVID-19 virus, Kanika has been on the receiving end. She experienced a few symptoms of the virus after her return from the UK. She was seen throwing a grand party at her lavish apartment which was attended by the bigwigs of the city. However, the moment she was tested positive many seemed to have pushed their panic button and are on the way to check whether they are infected by the virus or not.
On the other side, once Kanika remained infected she was alleged that she did not take enough precautions after she stays in London or after returning to her hometown thus putting many to the risk of having the virus. In the recent report, a local politician attending her party was seen getting infected by the virus. Having said that the state has now decided to take action against the singer as per the relevant law of the land.
As per the report, the health ministry seemed to have informed that the action should be taken against the lady. While the singer said that she was quick to approach the doctor and tested positive for the virus which seemed too early signs. She said that she has maintained quarantine for a few days after getting the medical advice on how to move ahead. She said that she had followed the norms at the airport and other places and that the virus-infected her only after her return to India.
