Kangana Ranaut to start her film Dhaakad in MP, Full schedule will be 2 months

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut’s action film Dhaakad is going to be shot in Madhya Pradesh from January 9. The film will be shot in Sarani (Power Plant), Pachmarhi and Bhopal. Shooting of the film will be completed in about 2 months. Earlier on Friday, Kangana shared three photos from the car, leaving from Mumbai to Bhopal. In this, she has talked about going to Bhopal using the Dhaakad hashtag.

Let us tell you that the producers of the film are Deepak Mukut, Soham Rock Star Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai and AKIGAI Motion Pictures Mumbai. Directed by Rajneesh Ghai, the film stars Kangana Ranaut, Arjun Rampal (a native of Madhya Pradesh) and Divya Dutta in lead roles. It is noteworthy that ‘Dhaakad’ is Kangana Ranaut’s fourth film produced in the state. Earlier, films like ‘Revolver Rani’, ‘Manikarnika’, ‘Panga’ have been produced in Bhopal, Gwalior and Maheshwar. Her tweet shows that she has left to Bhopal from Mumbai directly by attending Bandra Police Station.

Let us tell you that 10 projects so far have been completed by the Department of Tourism and Culture of Madhya Pradesh, in which shooting of films, web series, TV serials and documentaries have been completed. Also, shooting of about 10 projects in the state is going on in different places of the state. Among these, the sites of Bhopal, Indore, Khargone, Khandwa, Ujjain, Hoshangabad, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Morena and Niwari districts are prominent. The Durgamati film starring Bhumi Pednekar and Arshad Warsi, shot in the state, is released in December -2020. According to the Madhya Pradesh Film Tourism Policy-2020, no project was awarded till now. The first application for ‘Durgamati’ film has been received during the tenure of Departmental Minister Usha Thakur.
