Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10: Gunjan Sinha lifts winner’s trophy, thanks judges and audiences
Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 aired its finale episode recently, and the tough battle between the finalists finally concluded. Gunjan Sinha and her dance partner Tejas Verma have been crowned the winners of the tenth season. At the event, the winners were bestowed with the prestigious trophy as well as Rs 20 lakh in cash.
Despite being the youngest candidate, Gunjan and her dance partner Tejas gave the other contestants a run for their money. From the start of this season, she had won the judges’ hearts with her very first performance. The judges lavished admiration on these daring little dancers.
Here’s what Gujan Sinha said about her Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 win
Gunjan Sinha, the show’s winner, thanked everyone on the occasion and said, “Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 has had an incredible ride.” I’m leaving with a box full of wonderful memories. I’d like to thank my partner Tejas Verma and choreographer Sagar Bora for being my inspiration and strength and for allowing me to dance my heart out. Many thanks to judges Madhuri Dixit Nene, Karan Johar, and Nora Fatehi, who provided me with invaluable advice at every stage of this season to help me develop my dancing, which was crucial for me.”
Some interesting events occurred during the finale
The grand finale of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 featured the top finalists giving their finest performances following the semi-finals. The performance included a tribute to Kajol Devgan’s legacy as well as Vicky Kaushal discussing his childhood infatuation. Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon joined just before the season’s end. Kriti had a fantastic night when she got to dance alongside Madhuri on the song “Badi Mushkil.” The finale episode was made much more memorable since it coincided with India’s most popular reality show, “Bigg Boss 16.”
Bigg Boss host Salman Khan and judge Madhuri Dixit Nene performed a classic sequence from their hit film Hum Aapke Hain Koun on the occasion. With a beautiful dance-off, judges Karan Johar and Madhuri Dixit Nene decided who was the greatest judge. To everyone’s shock, the show’s finalist, Rubina Dilaik, concluded that the competition between the two judges was even. The season concluded with several sad and emotional scenes depicting Judge Karan Johar’s odyssey from taking care of his family to becoming a filmmaker.
