It was a big day for the Rohit Shetty film Simmba on the first day as it collected a decent collection of 18 crores at the box office. Despite having a newbie like Sara Ali Khan, the film roared at the box office and reaching on the second day Simmba is going unstoppable. The on-screen chemistry of Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan has done all the wonders at the box office, and people are simply liking it for getting a typical masala movie by the known filmmaker. Sara Ali Khan was a revelation in her debut movie Kedarnath, and she had the same aura in the second film as well. This helped the buzz to stay high getting a similar collection on day 2 as well.
As per reports, the second-day box office collection for Simmba was around 19.75 crores, which is again a good figure for film like Simmba. With this figure, the trade pundits are claiming to see a huge collection on Sunday which may come close to 25 crores. Hence the first-weekend collection would be somewhere close to 65 Crores. A big achievement for an actress like Sara who is now just two films old in the industry and has got the two within a month. With back to back films, she is now the most wanted actress in Tinsel Town and would remain the same in the coming time as well.
For Ranveer Singh, his lady has again helped him earn big since Simmba is his first film after getting married. It will create history in the life of Ranveer as it will earn big over the box office. Perhaps with such a pace, the film should be able to enter into the 100 crores clubs within a week only.
