Priyanka Chopra Joins Netflix for the Next Superhero Movie

Actress Priyanka Chopra has been quite in the major buzz since her marriage days. Getting snapped for her quite unusual fashion sense at the public events to enjoying her gala time spending her vacations with Nick and the worst dressed avatars, she has remained to be quite checked out since the last few months. In fact, a major headline also did emerge as the Pakistani actress wrote an open letter against invoking her peacekeeper title as well.

Well as of now, the Miss World is once again getting a buzz as she has been learnt to be all set to star in Netflix’s upcoming project, which is supposed to be a superhero movie, titled “We Can Be Heroes”. This will be the second time after her Bollywood superhero association with Krishh that the actor will be filmed in a superhero movie.

The film is focused on children and is written, directed and produced by Robert Rodriguez, who earlier was the director of the Spy Kids franchise.

The film revolves around a the story of how a group of kids step ahead for saving the planet as the aliens abducts all of Earth’s superheroes.

The Quantico actress’ Marathi production named, Paani has recently won the best film award in the environment conservation category.

Sharing her happiness with the success, PC tweeted, ‘I’m so proud to have produced a special film like #Paani. Congratulations to our director @adinathkothare and to the entire team.’

Priyanka is also currently working on her upcoming Bollywood film, Sky Is Pink and her fans are even keen at getting the first look of the same.
