Dobaaraa: Anurag Kashyap’s directorial starring Taapsee Pannu to be released on THIS date
After almost 2 years of wrapping the shoot, director Anurag Kashyap has finally announced the release date of the film. Ektaa R Kapoor and Anurag Kashyap’s highly anticipated new-age thriller Dobaaraa is set to release on 19th August 2022. Starring award-winning actress Taapsee Pannu, the film is directed by the acclaimed director Anurag Kashyap and produced by Shobha Kapoor & Ektaa R Kapoor’s Cult Movies.
Dobaaraa is a new age thriller that reunites Tapsee and Anurag for the third time. With Dobaaraa, the hit jodi of Taapsee & Pavail Gulati will be seen again after the stupendous success of Thappad.
Meanhile, talking about the actress, recently the actress has also been roped in a Rajkumar Hirani’s project opposite the superstar Shah Rukh Khan. Well, recently in an interview with Pinkvilla, the actress talked about her excitement about working with SRK and Rajkumar Hirani. She said, “Each time I went for the meeting with Raju sir, or reading or any conversation I had with him on phone, every time I came back home, she asked me, ‘Tu abhi bhi hai na film mein?’ My parents, however, didn’t give me any noticeable reaction, also maybe they’ve understood that till the time it happens, let’s not celebrate too early.”
Apart from this, Taapsee Pannu’s upcoming film Shabhaash Mithu’s release date has been announced. Viacom18 Studios’ Shabaash Mithu, is set to hit the silver screen on 15th July 2022.
