Recently, shocking news from the industry has come that Hrithik Roshan‘s maternal grandmother Padma Rani Omprakash, wife of filmmaker J Om Prakash and mother of Pinkie Roshan, has passed away. She took her last breath on 17th June at 3:am. Reportedly it has been said that Hrithik’s grandmother used to stay with the actor’s family as she was bedridden.
Filmmaker Rakesh Roshan confirmed the news to Hindustan Times, saying, “Unfortunately the news is true. Om Shanti.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Bollywood’s handsome hunk Hrithik Roshan announced his film Vikram Vedha’s wrap on his social media handle. The actor shared some pictures with the team of Vikram Vedha and along with his co-star Saif Ali Khan. The actor was seen in his rugged hot look in the pictures.
Well while sharing the news, the actor wrote a heartwarming note for his team. He wrote, “Beginning the journey of Vikram Vedha came with its own set of external challenges, with the pandemic and uncertainties…but looking back, it all contributed to our prep and performance.”
He further added, “For me, this journey has been as frightful and as delightful as a skydive. Using Vedha as an opportunity of letting go, align with what is, finding joy in being less than, and being wrong, has felt refreshingly new for me. It’s been a journey of remoulding, rewiring and trusting. Time and my audience will tell if my instincts were in the right place or not.”
