Hrithik Roshan parties hard before filing officially for divorce
After announcing the divorce of beautiful 17 year old fairy tale marriage, Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan around 10am, both of them arrived at Bombay Family Court in Bandra in different cars, companied with respective advocates Dipesh Mehta and Mrunalini Deshmukh to file for divorce with mutual consent.
Some senior official at the Bombay court (name withheld as per request) told to Mirror, “The paperwork was done before the general public started trickling in. The divorce should come through in six months. Since it is by mutual consent, no hiccups are expected.” Advocate Deshmukh was not available to comment on any process while Mehta revealed that next hearing will take place on 31st October, when couple will be again asked to confirm this descision. “In case there is some change in minds till then the divorce or else divorce will be granted the same day”, she said.

The couple has 2 sons from marriage, Hridhaan and Hrehaan from 17 years of marriage. Sussanne will get the custody of kids while alimony amount is not yet disclosed.
